"ANAPANASATI .. The Best Way to Go into MEDITATION "
MEDITATION can be done in any comfortable sitting posture! Hands should be clasped and eyes closed. Routine thoughts should be cut right away, as and when they arise, and attention should constantly be brought back to the chosen task at hand, i.e., being consciously with the breath.
No mantra is to be chanted. No form of any deity is to be entertained. Hatha yoga pranayama practices like holding one's breath i.e., kumbhaka should never be attempted. Meditation should be undertaken regularly for thirty to forty five minutes a day or at least as per one's age. E.g., twenty minutes, if your age is twenty years.. forty minutes, if your age is forty years and so on and so forth..

ANAPANASATI meditation is so simple..so very easy..not at all difficult.. can be done by any one .. at any age .. at any time .. at any place No mantra, no visualization, no breath locks, no rituals, no special clothing, and no dogmatic rules and no Gurus. How can there be rules & limitations to develop unlimited potential ?!

BE A VEGETARIAN
Human anatomy and human physiology is absolutely  in favor of STRICT vegetarianism. Risk of cancers, bowl disorders and other chronic health problems are more common in animal/bird/fish eating individuals. Moods-words and deeds are negatively affected with animal eating.

Vegetarian Diet releases 'welfare emotions' associated with endorphins and encephalins..  but Animal Diet releases the negative ones called 'emergency emotions' associated with adrenaline and nor-adrenaline. The production of meat consumes twenty times more then the resources required for the production of either grain or cereals. The adoption of Vegetarian Diet sensitizes us to experience the gifts of redefined energy fields of the ' theta ' and 'delta' waves which allow us to the multidimensional nature and magnanimous interdimensional realms- “The Madonna Frequency.”

It is important that we should remain Vegetarian not only from the point of view of  Health and Nutrition , but also from the point of view of Spirituality, Ethics, Economics and It also an act of great Compassion to Animal Kingdom.
